What are the shipping rates?

All shipping charges includes Handling cost as well. Shipping rates are based on the charges provided by respective Shipping Providers. We do not profit from the handling and shipping of ALL orders.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order at myurbantee.com is easy and secure! First, select an item you would like to purchase and click the Add to Cart button. Then you can choose to continue shopping or to check out right away and complete your order. Once you finish shopping, click on your Shopping Cart and proceed to Check Out. Upon Check Out, simply fill in your information, choose your shipping and payment method, and there you have it--an order placed successfully!

How do I pay?

We accept MasterCard, Visa debit/credit card payments via PayPal Check Out. Bank deposits are acceped as well (Maybank).

How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Our items are send using the following services:

Malaysia - Poslaju

International - DHL Global Mail, Malaysia Post, Singapore Post, FedEx International

Can I pick up my ordered items at your store?

Yes. For self pick-up, please send us your order by email to info@myurbantee.com. An invoice will be sent to you for the purchase. DO NOT check out at our online store as you will be charged a shipping fee.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process all orders as soon as possible so that we can get your goodies to you as quickly as possible. You can amend your order as many times as you like before you click Complete Order. We regret to tell you that after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

Can I change my delivery address?

Sadly as we process orders so quickly we are unable to amend your delivery address once your order has been processed. If you have any concerns about your delivery address, please let us know via email at info@myurbantee.com.

How do I make a return?

Not 100% satisfied with your item? No worries! We offer 15-day free returns! Just contact us at info@myurbantee.com and our awesome customer service rep will follow up on it.  Please note that New Era and Collectible Toys are not eligible for returns. All worn, used, or washed items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I get a cash refund?

All returns will be converted to store credits which you can use to exchange with other items or keep it for future use. Only when the item is lost, damaged, or wrong, cash refund is accepted. 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

Do not worry! Your satisfaction is our priority! Please contact us at info@myurbantee.com as soon as possible and we will send you the correct item right away.  If the item is out of stock, you can exchange to anothe item. 

I'm unsure about a size or I have a fit question. How do I find this information?

Will you restock sold-out items?

Most of the Sold-Out items will not be restocked. If we are lucky, we will be able to restock some of the popular items.

How do you package your items for shipment?

It is our job to make sure you receive your items in their full glory! All caps on www.myurbantee.com will be sent via a cardboard box to ensure the cap is protected. For collectible toys, they come with their original packaging plus a shipping box for extra security.

  • To avoid delays, please be sure that your name, address and contact number are correct.
  • urban TEE always tries to process orders as quickly as possible and orders will usually be shipped out the next business day. You will be notified in due time when rare cases of unforseen circumstances which delay the shipping process occur.
  • We make every effort to give you accurate information regarding manufacturer reported sizing information and dimensions for our products. Please note that due to the nature of the manufacturing process, from time to time product sizing may vary slightly. We are sorry to say that we are not responsible for sizing variations in the manufacturing process.
