FAQ - Custom Print

PLACING YOUR ORDER

1. How do I place an order?
You can easily order and checkout through our products page. If you require more customization options, please contact us here.
2. What type of artwork files do you accept?
We recommend 300dpi or higher in either PNG or JPEG file. For Silk-Screen print, Full Sublimation and Embroidery, artwork needs to be in AI or SVG vector files. If you do not have a vector file, you can contact us, as we provide design services as well from RM50 onwards.
3. What is the minimum order?

Most of our items’ minimum order is 1pc, including t-shirts, polo, hoodies and tote bags. Other items not listed on our website include:

  • Full Sublimation jerseys: 20pcs
  • Caps with Embroidery: 30pcs
  • Ceramic Mugs: 30pcs
  • Thermos Bottles: 30pcs
  • Notebooks: 50pcs
  • Badges/ Keychains: 100pcs
  • Plastic & Metal Pens: 100pcs
4. When will my order be ready?
All orders placed on our website will be processed within the next working day. Depending on the size of your order, it will be completed in 2 to 7 working days. Shipping will take 1 to 3 working days.
5. I need my order urgently
Please contact us here directly if you need your order urgently, we will do what we can in our capacity to fulfil your order. Additional charges may apply.
6. How are the prices quoted?
Prices are quoted based on the type of product, number of print placements, number of artwork colours and artwork print size. Our system automatically calculates when you upload your artwork. For Caps and Full Sublimation jerseys, please contact us here.
7. Can I get a sample before I proceed with the order?

Yes and No. Depending on the type and the size of your order, we may be able to provide a sample. Do contact us here for details.


PRODUCT

1. Can I order products that are not listed on your website?
Do let us know what you are looking for here and our representatives will get back to you on the products you are looking for.
2. Can I provide my own products for you to print?
Sorry but we do not provide this service at this time. We source for the best quality materials and products in the market, so you can rest assured you’ll be getting a quality product.
3. Are the product colour and print colours on screen accurate?
The colours you see on your mobile / computer screen may differ due to different screen settings. Also, images on screen usually looks brighter and more vivid than actual print. If your artwork requires a specific print colour, please do share the PANTONE code with us and we will try our best to match it.


PAYMENT

1. How do I pay for my order

You may make payment via online banking / credit card / Grabpay / E-Wallet through our platform. Your order will begin production once we have received your payment.


REFUND AND RETURNS

1. Can I request a refund? 

Sorry that we do not accept any return, exchange or refund as these are custom-made items based on your designs. For rare cases of wrong print / item, you may request for a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Within 7 days of receipt
  • Product in original condition

SHIPPING

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders placed on our website will be processed within the next working day. Depending on the size of your order, it will be completed in 2 to 7 working days. Shipping will take 1 to 3 working days to Malaysia and Singapore. For the rest of the world, depending on the location, it will take an additional 5 - 10 working days.

*For orders with more customization, it will take an additional 5 - 10 working days.

2. Can I pick up from store instead? 
Yes, you can choose to select from our locations at One Utama. 
3. Will I be notified when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You can find your tracking code in your order page on the customer dashboard.
4. Can I pick it up from your location?
Yes. Self pick-up is available at Glo Damansara or One Utama.
5. My shipment has not arrived on expected delivery date
Please contact us directly if your item has not arrived within 10 working days.
6. Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us for any change of delivery address requests. Delivery address cannot be changed once it has been dispatched for delivery. Last minute changes of delivery address are subjected to additional charges.
7. Failed Delivery Attempt
For failed delivery attempts due to missing delivery information / wrong address / no one present to receive the shipment etc, the delivery will be returned to us and we will contact you for a redelivery attempt. Additional charges are applicable for all redeliveries.
8. My shipment is stuck in customs, who do I contact?
Do contact us with your Order Number, Name, Contact Number and Shipment Tracking Code, and we will follow up on the shipment for you.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Shipping price is subject to end location. All duties and taxes will be borne by the receiver. For more information, refer to our shipping policy under Import Duties & Taxes.

1.Can I print Copyright and Trademark artworks?

2.What type of printing do you offer?
Please refer to our print methods page for available options.
3.Is your print durable?
We only use quality materials; our custom-made products can usually last for many washes. Please refer to our Apparel Care Guide to help protect and care for your apparels.
